If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps to securely reset it and regain access.
Steps:
- Contact support and provide:
- Your registered email address
- The last 4 digits of your linked phone number
- Details of a recent transaction (if applicable)
- Once your identity is verified, a password reset link will be sent to your email.
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset email and follow the instructions.
- If you don’t receive the email in 5 minutes:
- Check spam/junk folder
- Confirm any alternate email addresses you might have used
- Still no email? Contact support to resend or escalate for assistance.
