Steps:

   • The last 4 digits of your linked phone number
   • Details of a recent transaction (if applicable)
2. Once your identity is verified, a password reset link will be sent to your email.
3. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset email and follow the instructions.
4. If you don’t receive the email in 5 minutes:
   • Check spam/junk folder
   • Confirm any alternate email addresses you might have used
5. Still no email? Contact support to resend or escalate for assistance.
